We aim to dispatch your order within 5 days of receiving your payment. Orders placed after 4pm Monday – Friday, or on Weekends, will be processed the next working day.
Out of Stock items
We try to keep our stock levels maintained, but now and then we run out of stock. So if you are happy to wait for a week or two, we will do our best to create an item for you. Please feel free to contact us.
If you need any additional courier information or to track an order, please note that all of our parcels are delivered via Royal Mail.

International Delivery
We do not currently deliver to countries outside of the UK via this website. However if you email us we can usually process an order within Europe, via our other payment system.
Missing orders
If your order has been dispatched, but has not arrived in the specified time period, please contact us using the details below. Items are considered “missing” by Royal Mail 3+ days after the due date. If after our investigations, your order turns out to be lost, we will endeavour to refund you promptly, within 7 – 30 days of your order.
Returns
CHRISTMAS RETURNS. If during the Autumn months you wish to buy items as Christmas presents, we are happy for any returns to be made within 3 weeks after Christmas. Pop a little note on your order message or email to alert us, if purchasing in October/ November.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if you need to return or exchange it for any reason could you follow these guidelines:
- Send an email to [email protected] to explain the return within 7 days.
- Please return the item within 21 days of purchase.
- Enclose a copy of the delivery note with your goods. These are dispatched with every order. Or enclose your own note with the order number and your telephone and address details.
- Faulty goods will be reimbursed fully including your return postage with our apologies.
- Unwanted goods should be returned in a saleable condition in the original packaging, Unwashed and unworn with the swing tags attached.
- Postage on goods returned to Lizzie Shirt is non refundable unless we have sent you the wrong size or the item is faulty.
- We strongly recommend that when returning goods, you use a tracked or ‘signed for’ service and retain all proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items.
- After we have received, and checked the returned goods we will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible, within 7 – 30 days after your order, provided the returned goods are in good condition
- Refunds can only be issued to the original buyer of the goods.
